ScanMon的旗下的网站因为服务器设在美国加州,国内的用户访问速度很慢,网络迟延在200ms 左右已经到了最理想的状态(美国到中国的跨海光缆距离过长)。

一般电信/网通用户访问美国站点网络数 据传输所走的路线先是本地ISP网络,然后是城域网,接着是各省市网络节点,然后是骨干网,最后从上海等出口出去,跨越一万多公里的浩瀚太平洋后,在美国 加州/俄勒冈州登陆。网络延时(latency)在200ms以上。很多人误认为GFW的网络过滤会影响网速,但事实上这种影响可以忽略不计的,网络延时 在200ms以上主要还是在于传输距离太长,日本/澳大利亚网民的对美网络延时和大陆用户差不多的,而欧洲用户跨越大西洋一般在100ms以上。如果是你 是移动用户的话,带宽资源想对于两大巨头要少的可怜,移动用户一般是先南下到香港连接NTT的节点,然后绕道日本达到美国,网络延时达到了惊人的七八百毫 秒。

考虑到这些问题,我决定在国内布设2个节点,通过cdn的方法解决这个问题。要做cdn需要一份详细的ip地址分配表,便于分出(电信/网通);(国内/国外),加快网站的访问速度,使用户具有更好的访问效果.在朋友的帮助下,整理了一份中国电信运营商(ISP)IP地址分配表.
目前中国国内ISP主要有电信、网通(现已与网通合 并)、移动(已合并铁通)三家,最大的为电信与联通(网通)。由于南方和北方的ISP不同,ISP之间的限制导致南北方用户访各的网站时速度奇慢。要解决 这个问题,目前普遍的做法是获得运营商IP地址段,通过设置双线(多线)DNS访问实现“电信走电信,网通走网通”以解决问题。
